Agility, Plyometric and Skill Progressions. Learning how to properly move the body while learning the foundations of fitness. Your kids will learn healthy habits and have a lot of fun learning the sport of Crossfit Teens Crossfit Teens class is focused more on physical performance. Introduction to strength training, more advanced agility/ plyometric work that translates more to other sports. Teens will become more efficient with gymnastic movements as well as learning to use a barbell safely |
