CrossFit is designed to challenge and push individuals to a greater level of fitness. At CrossFit Bangarang we incorporate the foundational elements of CrossFit and further infuse our classes with expert training techniques. Each workout can be scaled for every level of fitness...from the competitive and experienced CrossFitter to the newly motivated individual. We know that you will be challenged and kept on your toes!!
Not only will you have a challenging and rewarding experience, but we strive to guide you in excellent technique. Our goal is to have each member achieve what is called “virtuosity” in CrossFit. The ability to perform the common uncommonly well. We focus on the 10 domains of fitness; speed, power, flexibility, strength, stamina, endurance, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy.
CrossFit Bangarang was founded in 2012 and has grown in capability, reputation, scale and community each year. If you have heard about CrossFit and would like to know more about it, come and try us out for a free class!
