Beginner Workshop Includes:
The Beginner Workshop is a series of classes focused on skill development and exposure to our basic movements. CrossFit demands proper form and technique, so this course is designed to introduce your body properly to the mechanics of these exercises.
This 4-session introductory course is 1-on-1 with one of our certified coaches who will teach and critique your technique to ensure your safety and success in this program. Only when you can consistently perform good mechanics of each discipline will you be allowed to increase weight and progress to more technical movements. Workouts at the end of each session highlight the skills practiced during that course. After completing your 1-on-1 sessions, your certified coach will also join you in your first class in ensure a smooth transition into our community.
The difficulty of these workouts is ultimately in how hard you want to push yourself.
Along with setting personal records (PR’s), shifts in body composition are one of the most motivating ways to measure success. We will take pre-assessments including body-fat and muscle composition. We also encourage you to take “Before” pictures at the beginning of the Workshop.
